WVR rents prime space in the Town Square, Waterville Valley’s hub for shopping, dining and off-mountain recreation. The showroom is a self-service real estate information center and features informative full-color display panels, real estate sales material, and television monitor playing a continuous Waterville Valley real estate slideshow. Visitors can sign-up for WVR’s mailing list, and display materials direct customers to WVR’s main real estate sales center on Valley Road for further information.

Mountain Views newspaper
Twice a year WVR produces Mountain Views newspaper, a free vacationer publication. Eight thousand to 10,000 Mountain Views are distributed throughout the Waterville Valley region, including in lodging guest rooms and check-in packages at Town Square, Golden Eagle Lodge, Snowy Owl Inn, Best Western Silver Fox, and Village Condominium.
WVR is an active member of the New Hampshire Board of Realtors and Lakes Region Board of Realtors, as well as a member in good standing of the Waterville Valley Region Chamber of Commerce. WVR is a founding member of the Waterville Valley Resort Association (WVRA), a cooperative marketing group providing the Waterville Valley business community with greater marketing and advertising clout, which translates into increased vacationer traffic and exposure of WVR listings to a new audience.
