Nordic Silver Streaks

December 20, 2011

Head Nordic Silver Streak, Gigi Estes, is calling on all Nordic Streaks (downhillers, too!) to meet tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec. 21, for a  group walk in Waterville Valley. The weather forecast says “light wintry mix” for Plymouth and “light snow” for Waterville Valley.  Unfortunately, there will not be enough snow for cross-country skiing and the Nordic Center will still be closed to the public.  However, the Nordic Silver Streaks will be able to use the center for gathering and for lunch following their outing.

Arrive at the Nordic Center about 9:45 a.m.  After the walk around Waterville Valley, the group will return to the Nordic Center for a brown bag lunch.  Coffee and goodies will be provided.

Stick around Waterville Valley for the Silver Streaks apres-ski party on Wednesday afternoon at 3 p.m. at the Village Condominium recreation room.
