Stept Productions’ new film The Eighty Six is the company’s 10th. What began in 2001 as a pet project for brothers Alex and Nick Martini—originally from Boston, MA—has grown into a full-fledged sensation with a dedicated following of park skiers from across the globe.
The Martinis grew up skiing at Cannon Mountain, and later transitioned to Waterville Valley, NH. Boasting one of the most progressive terrain parks east of the Mississippi River, Waterville Valley is where the Martinis blossomed. In their time skiing and filming around the East Coast, the two eventually amassed a close crew of friends who shared a like passion for freeskiing and filmmaking.
