3D Musketeers

July 26, 2013

Waterville Valley’s Theatre Under the Stars presents the interactive “3-D Musketeers” tonight – Friday, July 26.

I saw this show a few years back and it is fun and entertaining.  It’s an all-for-one, one-for-all action-packed update of this classic story.  But…there’s a twist.  The action is frozen at crucial plot points so the audience can vote on which way the show should go!  Love or hate?  Death or life?  Humor or sadness?  Win or lose?  The fate of the heroes rests in the audiences’ hands.

Shows are held at the outdoor stage near the Waterville Valley Ice Arena (park in Town Square parking lot).  House opens at 6 p.m. and curtain is at 6:30 p.m.  Admission is free ($5 suggested donation is appreciated).  Bring your own low back chair or blanket (some chairs available to rent).  Don’t worry about inclement weather.  The show will go on under a tent in the event of rain.

Can’t make tonight’s show?

On Saturday, July 27, enjoy “Love’s Labours Lost.”  Mis-delivered love letters, disguises, lies, merry matchmaking and covert liaisons build to a  hilariously comical climax that makes “what happens at the end” all the more poignant!  Same time.  Same location.
