Alpine Silver Streaks

December 31, 2018

Yesterday I posted Gigi’s report on the Nordic Silver Streaks. I don’t want the alpine Streaks to feel left out, so here’s an update on the alpine Streaks.

The next meet-up of the Silver Streaks is Wednesday, Jan. 2nd. Apres ski that day there will be a potluck party at the Rey Center/Curious George Cottage (next door to the Recreation Department/Waterville Valley Elementary School on Noon Peak Road) from 3-5 p.m. Bring food/drink to share. There may be an aerial presentation of Waterville Valley.

On Thursday, Jan. 3, there will be a clinic at 10 a.m.

On Monday, Jan. 7, it’s Free Demo Day at Sport Thoma from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Try some new skis or try several different pairs!   Dawn-Marie and Matt from Sport Thoma will be there to help with your selection.

On Tuesday, Jan. 8, there will be a clinic at 10 a.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 9, there will be an apres party/early dinner starting at 4 p.m. at The Clubhouse (Waterville Valley Golf Club, 3 Lost Pass Road).  Cost is $13 per person plus tip (drinks not included).

On Thursday, Jan. 10, there will be another clinic at 10 a.m.
