Yoga for everyone

Helen Jennings is offering all-levels yoga classes at the White Mountain Athletic Club on Saturdays from 9-10:15 a.m. during the month of April.

Arrive early so class can start promptly at 9 a.m.!  Bring water, mat, and any props.  Helen will bring a limited number of mats. The cost is $13 per session, or use your adult fitness pass (which can be purchased at the Athletic Club).  Helen is available at other times as well if three or more people commit to attending class.  Email Helen at

Helen lives full-time in Waterville Valley.  She is Yoga Alliance certified and received her training at Sun & Moon Yoga Studio in Arlington, VA.  She has experience teaching yoga at a federal government facility and at a major health club chain in the Washington, DC, area.

Helen’s classes are taught in the traditional Iyengar style yoga with a flow for any level.  She welcomes all levels, from those looking for more flexibility to athletes looking for a challenge.  Her instructions are individualized and modified for age, experience, body type, physical condition, and medical problems.  She will ensure that you will practice challenging postures that link movement and breath, thus providing a deeper and enriching experience, and she will show you effortless movement that’s right for you.  Helen practices restorative/healing yoga and you will feel great afterwards.
