Athletic Club Supports Circle Trot

May 6, 2016

Last weekend was the annual Circle Trot 2k, 5k and 10k races in Plymouth, NH.  Kudos to the White Mountain Athletic Club for being Circle Trot sponsors – and runners – for years.

Congratulations to WMAC GM Rene Schwartz for kicking butt in the 10k, placing second overall with a time of 38:01.  Chris Schwartz ran the 5k and was first in his division and fifth overall with a time of 20:12.5.  Arpie Beaman ran the 10k and placed a very respectable 25th overall with a time of 52:19.2.

Proceeds from the Circle Trot support the Circle Program in Plymouth. This nonprofit organization provides adult and peer support and mentoring for girls from low-income New Hampshire families.  The Circle Program provides these girls with opportunities to develop the skills, courage and confidence they need to handle the challenges in their lives.
