Jan's Blog

Bear with me, folks!

March 9, 2012

If you’re reading this post, you’ve already noticed that things look a little different on my blog and on Waterville Valley Realty’s website.

We’re always working to improve our website and make it easier for you to stay informed and connected to Waterville Valley – whether you’re looking for the newest real estate listings or want to know the latest valley news.

Yesterday we launched a redesigned that we think you’ll find easier to navigate and more user-friendly.  We are using an improved real estate search feature that shows you ALL properties for sale in Waterville Valley in an easy-to-read layout.  Every listing has a contact form so you can quickly communicate with one of our Realtors with just one click of the mouse.

My Listings Cart

If you’d like to customize your very own Waterville Valley real estate listings cart (think of it as a virtual shopping cart that you can save your favorite properties in!), contact your Waterville Valley Realty agent and say, “Set-up a ‘My Listings Cart’ for me!” Once Jeff, Frank, Kate, Susan or Ray has created your listings cart, you will be able to save the details for your most frequent searches (price range, number of bedrooms, etc.) so you’ll  never have to search again!  You’ll be able to save your favorite properties, and if anything changes (price, availability), we’ll email you automatically.  And, we’ll automatically email you when a new listing matches your search criteria.

Learn more about My Listing Cart by watching this short video.

Helpful Links

I’m in the process of updating the Links section of  Visit this page to find links to community information and services, including Waterville Valley dining, shopping, lodging, recreation, municipal services and businesses.  I am adding a new set of links for home owner and buyer resources.  Stay tuned!
