Blizzard Update for Dec. 29th!

December 29, 2012

The snow continues to fall and it feels like the winters of my youth.  Lots of white stuff, happy people enjoying winter snowsports, and kids making snowmen and forts (including my grown-up kids!)!

Waterville Valley has been dumped on.  Sixteen inches in the big storm, and another 3-5 inches have fallen today.  Forty-two trails are open for all ability levels with more to come soon!  First chair loads at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning with all 10 lifts in operation. In addition to the trails on the mountain there are 54k of cross country trails now open in the Valley!
