School’s out! Summer vacation is always a joyous time of year…that is, until your kids start whining, “I’m borrrrrrrred…”
Put an end to the I’m-bored’s. Get your kids to put down the video game controllers, turn off the TV and get off the couch. Send your kids to Waterville Valley Recreation Department‘s summer day camp! I can tell you from experience, it’s fun. It’s active. It’s organized. It’s well-run. Your kids will come home happy (and exhausted!!). You’ll be happy! Everyone is HAPPY!
The Rec. Dept.’s Day Camp is open to children ages 4-12 every midweek day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pre-care is offered from 8-9 a.m.
Have teens? Check out the new SUMMIT day camp for ages 13-15 which meets on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Yikes! What to do on Wednesdays? SUMMITeers have their very own “Mid-Week Whackers” – a full day of tennis lessons, games, doubles matches – even lunch at Legends in Town Square!
There’s no need to pre-register, just show up between 9 and 9:30 a.m. to sign-up for the day, a week or all summer! Discounted multi-day passes are available. The Rec. Dept. is located on Noon Peak Road next to the Waterville Valley Elementary School.
