I hope your plans include spending time in Waterville Valley over the MLK long weekend. Not only did we get a fresh dusting of snow, but more is expected tomorrow. I met up with several people who skied yesterday and they all said the conditions on the hill were amazing despite the crazy weather conditions earlier in the week.
The Waterville Valley Realty team is busy prepping for our 7th annual Winter Celebration tomorrow – Saturday, Jan. 18, from 2 to 5 p.m. – at our office located at the entrance to Waterville Valley resort, 41 Valley Road.
Chef Jeff Brown of the Lakeside Deli & Grille is providing the hearty nibbles. Frank Freeman our resident connoisseur is picking out a fine selection of wine and beer. I’m tasked with finding apres ski beverages for the younger set and collecting a variety of cool swag from our friends in the business community for raffle prizes.
Here’s a small sampling of the prizes…notice the Team USA hats? They were donated by U.S. Aerialist and 2014 Olympic hopeful Dylan Ferguson. Dylan even autographed the hats and some pictures.
A BIG thank you to our many friends in the business community for their contributions to the raffle, including:
Black Bear Lodge
Blue Moon Cafe
Coyote Grill restaurant
Dreams & Visions gifts

Owl’s Nest Golf Course
