NH Ranked No. 1 “America’s Best States to Live in 2012”

July 17, 2012

For those of us who call New Hampshire home, it should come as no surprise that the Granite State has picked up another prestigious national ranking.  CNBC recently released its list of America’s Best States to Live in 2012.  New Hampshire is ranked NUMBER ONE!

Scoring 298 out of 350 Quality of Life Points and moving up from last year’s 2nd place, NH was evaluated as the best state to live in.

Quality of life is solid across the board in the Granite State. The population is among the healthiest, in part because of the quality of the environment. Want a little more civilization? Boston is just over the border, offering New Hampshire residents the benefits of the big city without the hassles. Crime in New Hampshire is among the lowest in the country.
