Over the Headwall: A Ski History of Tuckerman Ravine

Weekends in February are already filling up with fun activities and events.  Mark your calendar for Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018.  Jeff Leich, Executive Director of the New England Ski Museum in Franconia, will be the special guest at WVAIA’s annual Winter Social in Waterville Valley.  

Jeff is the editor of the Journal of the New England Ski Museum and author of two books, “Over the Headwall: The Ski History of Tuckerman Ravine” and “Tales of the 10th: The Mountain Troops and American Skiing.”  Jeff will give a short history of skiing Tuckerman’s following dinner and socializing at the Waterville Valley Resort Conference Center

Stay tuned for more details about the WVAIA Winter Social … but be sure to make a notation on your calendar as you won’t want to miss dinner, drinks, raffles and a little ski history and lore.
