Pedestrian Village Study: Survey to Follow

May 6, 2014

The Town of Waterville Valley is moving forward with a Pedestrian Village Study to help it more fully understand issues and opportunities to enhance the public’s mobility within the community as well to support and shape the direction that future development might take.

As a part of the public engagement process for the study, the Waterville Valley Planning Board, in collaboration with its consultants, SE Group and VHB, are conducting a survey. The survey will be sent out to residents and visitors to Waterville Valley alike.  The purpose of this survey is to get a “snapshot” on who is visiting Waterville Valley (residents and guests), what sort of things they do while in Waterville Valley, and what their experiences have been while moving about.  Many of the questions allow comments and your input is encouraged.

The survey should be available online by May 9 and will be open for participation for approximately two weeks.

For those of you on the Town of Waterville Valley’s email distribution list, you will receive a link to the survey in a future email.  Note:  The survey email will be sent on behalf of the Town of Waterville Valley, but will be sent from the consultants named above.

Your participation and input are appreciated.  Follow the Town’s website at for updates on the project.
