Public Hearing Notice: Horse Storage

Waterville Valley’s Zoning Board of Adjustment just posted the following notice of public hearing:

Notice is hereby given that the continuation of the ZBA hearing will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Waterville Valley Town Offices concerning a request by WVSR, Inc. for an Application for a Special Exception concerning Article IV, Section H (4) of the Waterville Valley Zoning Ordinance.

The applicant seeks permission to provide on-site housing for two draft horses, in order to provide horse-drawn sleigh rides, at a parcel of land belonging to Waterville Company, Inc., known as “the old 5th fairway” and consisting of 18 acres noted as Tax Map Lot 105, lot 008 off of Village Rd.

The application is available to be viewed at the Waterville Valley Town Offices during regular business hours of 8am to 4pm Monday-Friday, non-holiday.
