Renter Appreciation Party

March 6, 2012

by Jan Stearns

The Waterville Valley Realty crew not only sells Waterville Valley; we also rent Waterville Valley condominiums and homes for the winter season.

On Saturday, March 3, we held a renter appreciation party.  It’s an annual event that gives us a chance to say thank you for choosing Waterville Valley Resort as your winter home…and for choosing Waterville Valley Realty for your rental needs.

We had three tables full of tasty treats, including an awe-inspiring cupcake tower, all prepared by Chef Jeff Brown (the other Jeff Brown)!

Thanks to all the families who stopped by.  I enjoyed seeing old friends (shout out to the Badways…it was great seeing you again!) and making new ones.

A number of Waterville Valley businesses provided the awesome door prizes and deserve a big thank you, too:

Coyote Grill
Diamond’s Edge North Restaurant
Dreams & Visions
Jugtown Country Store
Lakeside Deli & Grille
Legends 1291
Mountains of Chocolate
Olde Waterville Pizza Company
Owl’s Nest Golf Club
Toad Hall/Bookmonger
Waterville Valley Golf Club
Waterville Valley Nordic Center
Waterville Valley Ski Resort
Waterville Valley Sleigh Rides

Two Waterville Valley legends helped make several kids day. Olympian Hannah Kearney and pro-snowboarder Pat Moore donated cool door prizes that were given away in a special kids-only raffle.  Hannah provided an autographed poster and Pat donated two t-shirts.

Stay tuned to find out who won the grand prize – a 2012/13 Waterville Valley season pass!
