Ski Area Closing Date

March 30, 2015

It’s snowing in Waterville Valley today!  This is a winter that just doesn’t want to quit. Many of you diehard types want to keep skiing and riding well into April.

According to Peter Sununu, Marketing & Communications Coordinator for Waterville Valley Resort, the last day of skiing is supposed to be April 5.  There’s been talk about extending the season by opening the weekend of April 11 & 12.  As we all know, April skiing is very weather dependent.  Waterville Valley management plans on making the decision on Thursday, April 2, whether to extend the season an additional weekend.
