Waterville Valley ski resort’s Northside opened on Monday, Nov. 26 with expanded terrain down the Northside with the addition of Tippecanoe, Grime’s Way, Shortcut, and Sidewinder, as well as the Northside lift. Snowmaking continues around the clock pushing towards top to bottom skiing and riding mid-late next week (weather permitting). Two jib features are set-up on High Country for freestylers. At the end of the day, return to the base area by downloading on the Quad. Lift ticket rates are still $35 for adults, $25 for teens and $15 for youth and seniors. No beginner terrain is available. The mountaintop Schwendi Hutte restaurant and the Market Place cafeteria in the Base Lodge are open for dining. Temperatures have been perfect for blasting snow, so more new trails will be opening soon!
As of this morning, there are 7 trails & 3 lifts open with 8-10 inches of loose granular.
