Sorry about the multiple blog post notifications…

April 13, 2016

UPDATE 4/14/16 – I have disabled blog post notifications for the foreseeable future as the WordPress plugin author is working to resolve the multiple notification problem.  Sorry, folks!  As soon as the problem is fixed, subscribers to Jan’s Blog will again receive email notifications whenever a post publishes.  Jan

My blog is powered by WordPress, a blogging and website content management system.  I recently updated the WordPress plugins for my site and it appears to have created an annoying problem.  Subscribers to my blog have been receiving multiple email notifications when I publish a blog post.  Yikes … I APOLOGIZE!

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it!), my blog isn’t the only one affected by the multiple notifications problem.  Bottom line … I’m aware of the problem (and so is WordPress). Thanks for your patience and understanding (and continued readership!) as we work on a fix.

Not a blog subscriber?

Barring the current techno-glitch, subscribing to my blog makes it quick and easy to stay connected to the Waterville Valley community. Subscribing to my blog means you’ll get a convenient email notification whenever I publish a post on Jan’s Blog.  All you need to do is enter your email address in the box at the right.  Your privacy is important.  I will not share your email address with any other person or organization.

I look forward to continuing to share Waterville Valley news and stories with you!
