Summer Season Rentals

April 7, 2011

If you plan on spending time in Waterville Valley this summer – and you don’t own a place of your own yet! – consider a seasonal rental.

Waterville Valley Realty offers a number of condominiums for rent, usually for one to two months, starting at just $2,300 for one month ($3,500 for two months).  Longer leases may be available.

Think about it.  Your family loves Waterville Valley’s kids and sports camps, outdoor theatre, golf, tennis, hiking, biking, swimming, boating, and cool summer nights.  Let’s say you plan on spending four or five weekends in the Valley this summer.  If your family stays in a hotel, it’s probably going to cost you at least $500 for lodging each weekend you visit.

Or…you could rent a 2-bedroom Forest Rim condominium for one month for about the same amount it would cost you to rent a hotel room for four weekends – $2,300 ($3,500 for two months).

With a seasonal rental you can come and go as you please – just like your own home!  AND, there’s plenty of room for your family to spread out!  AND, you can leave your sports gear – no more hauling the clubs, racquets and bikes up and down the highway!
