Wanted: Artwork for Winter Exhibit

Are you an artist?  Does any of your works depict winter scenes?  If so, contact the folks at the Rey Center.

The Rey Center Art Gallery is currently accepting applications for artwork for the winter art exhibit – “A White Mountain Winter” – which will be on display from December 28, 2013 through March 1, 2104.  The exhibit includes various media depicting winter scenes of the White Mountains. Photography, sculpture, printmaking, painting, etc. are accepted. For more information email or call (603) 236-3308.


The Rey Center Gallery provides the opportunity for local artists to share their creative talents with our Waterville Valley community, and for our community to experience, appreciate and learn more about art.  Margret and H.A. Rey were the creators of the Curious George character as well as talented artists and adventurers, historians and naturalists, gardeners and environmental stewards, and residents of Waterville Valley, NH. The Rey Center – located in Town Square – is proud to be stewards of the Reys’ legacy, honoring their creative spirit and fostering their sense of curiosity and discovery through art, science and nature programs for all ages.

Wednesdays through Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
