Waterville Valley Easter Activities

March 21, 2018

Celebrate your Easter holiday with us at Waterville Valley Resort! On Saturday, March 31, join the Waterville Valley Recreation Department in Town Square for an Egg Hunt open to ages 11 and under. Then head uphill to the ski area on Sunday, April 1, for a mountaintop Sunrise Service, free morning skiing, Easter egg hunts, and brunch.

Egg Hunt at Town Square, Saturday, March 31

Hosted by the Recreation Department, the annual egg hunt is always a blast with oodles of eggs and prizes.

Kids ages 11 and under are invited to come search over 1,000 filled eggs hidden around Town Square.  Find a golden egg and exchange it for a cool prize.  There will be additional prizes and opportunities to have pictures with the Easter Bunny.

Registration starts at 9 a.m. in Town Square.  The egg hunt will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m.  The cost is $5 per child (1 year and under are free). Bring your own basket or bag to collect eggs.  Light refreshments will be served.

Dress for the outdoors!

After the hunt, head over to the Recreation Department (on Noon Peak Road) for Open Gym (included with the registration fee) from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.  The Rec. Dept.’s Bear Factory will also be open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. At the Bear Factory, you can build your own bunny with birth certificate to take home. $20 per animal $5 per accessory.
