Set reminders on your phone. NH Chronicle, a nightly news magazine on WMUR Channel 9, has two episodes in their line-up next week, each with a Waterville Valley connection.
On Wednesday, April 3, producer Audrey Cox tells the story of the Dunfey family from the perspective of a new book that traces their powerful legacy — from owners of a fried clam stand on Hampton Beach, to political power brokers with a hotel empire. A number of Dunfey family members have made Waterville Valley their year-round and vacation home over the years.
On Friday, April 5, the NH Chronicle team tells the story of New Hampshire Special Olympics Winter Games which have been held in Waterville Valley for more than two decades.
