Waterville Valley & Olympian Hannah Kearney

Olympic gold medalist Hannah Kearney recently posted on her Facebook page

I am proud to say that I now have an official relationship with Waterville Valley, which is fitting because of this sign [below] and because WVBBTS has been a huge part of my ski career.

And we’re excited and proud to have you on board, Hannah!

Hannah’s strong connection with Waterville Valley goes back to when she was a talented young skier in the Ford Sayre program.  She moved on to work with renowned freestyle coach Nick Preston of the WVBBTS (Black and Blue Trail Smashers) ski club right here in Waterville Valley.  Her impressive career highlights include:

2010: Gold Medalist, moguls
2006: Olympic Winter Games Team Member

2011: Silver Medalist, moguls
2011: Bronze Medalist, dual moguls
2009: Bronze Medalist, dual moguls
2005: Gold Medalist, moguls

2012: 16-Cup win streak
2011: Overall freestyle champion
2011: Overall moguls hampion
2009: Overall moguls champion
36 career World Cup podiums (19 victories)
