Waterville’s New Property Values: Meeting Dates

September 12, 2017

Due to issues with the mailing of new property value notices, the Town of Waterville Valley has extended the dates for discussions with the Town’s assessing company, Commerford, Nieder, Perkins, LLC.  In addition to the dates noted on the original property value notice, the company will hold reviews by telephone on Monday, Sept. 18 and Tuesday, Sept. 19, and in-person reviews on Saturday, Sept. 23 at the Waterville Valley Town Office (lower level meeting room).

You may call the assessing company at 603-410-6444 to set-up a time to talk with an assessing agent about your new property value and/or the revaluation process.  If you have any problem contacting the assessing company, you may also call the Waterville Valley Town Office at 603-236-4730 and they can assist you with scheduling an appointment.

The Waterville Valley Board of Selectmen want all property owners to be aware that the property values have not been finalized at this time. Your discussion with the assessing agents is part of the process for determining final values.
