Wonder where winter is?

January 17, 2012

Yesterday I was talking to someone in Boston who lamented that this has been the winter that wasn’t.  I reminded him that although there may not be any snow in his backyard, there is plenty of snow on Waterville Valley’s ski slopes.

Check out this photo taken yesterday.  This lucky guy had True Grit all to himself.

My advice: Get up here to Waterville Valley.  The skiing and riding conditions are excellent. The winter season is still young and there is plenty of time for Mother Nature and Old Man Winter to work their magic, which will just add icing to the cake!
