Waterville Valley yoga instructor, Helen Jennings, is offering a new yoga class just for beginners!
If you’re like me, and you are intimidated by experienced yogis, plan on joining Helen on Saturday mornings beginning April 19 at 10:15 a.m. at the White Mountain Athletic Club.
All you need to bring is 13 bucks, a mat and a pillow/blanket – something comfortable to sit on. Helen plans on using a lot of helpful props in this class and she’ll provide straps and blocks. Don’t have a yoga mat? She’ll even bring a few of those, too.
