There are two public meetings coming up on Saturday, Nov. 28, in Waterville Valley. All are welcomed at both meeting.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Nov. 28 at 3 p.m. at the Waterville Valley Town Offices concerning a request by the Waterville Valley Ski Resort, Inc. for an Application for a Special Exception concerning Article IV, Section H (4) of the Waterville Valley Zoning Ordinance.
The applicant seeks permission to provide on-site housing for two draft horses, in order to provide horse-drawn sleigh rides, on a parcel of land belonging to Waterville Company, Inc. known as “the old 5th fairway” and consisting of 18 acres noted as Tax Map Lot 105, lot 008 off of Village Rd.
The application is available to be viewed at the Waterville Valley Town Offices during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday- Friday, non-holiday).
Selectmen: Open Forum
Also on Nov. 28, at 5 p.m., the Waterville Valley Board of Selectmen will take public comments on a variety of topics. This will be an open agenda meeting and discussion about any issue is welcomed.
This meeting will be held in the multi-purpose room of the Waterville Valley Recreation Department.
